Manly Monday (Young Man)

I just couldn't help myself... I took advantage of the Weekly Deal and bought the Zoo Babies stamp set so a Young Man card had to be made.

I used Gumball Green, Crushed Curry, Island Indigo, Basic Gray & Baked Brown Sugar inks for the animals.  Love the Gumball Green ribbon with Lovely Labels Stamp Set and coordinating Artisan Label Punch.  Whisper White Base with a layer of Basic Black punched with our circle punches 1", 1 1/4", 1 3/8", and the Large Oval and Extra Large Oval so the animals can peek through. After punching the layer I ran it through the Big Shot with the Chevron Embossing folder.

Have you seen this? Thinlits Flip Card Dies!!

I made this card today using my new Thinlits Label Flip Card Die.  It is soooo easy compared to the olden days of measuring and measuring and cutting...  Just put your paper in your Big Shot and place the Thinlit Label Card Die #133479 over it and presto - one flip card.  Then to make the inner layer just cut your paper 1/4 inch smaller and place it on the Big Shot platform (I love my magnetic plate) and place the Thinlit over top and awesome!!!!!!

I used Rose Red card stock and the inner layer of Whisper White was stamped with the Secret Garden and Papillion Potpourri Stamp Set using Rose Red, Pink Pirouette & Gumball Green inks.
