I saw this card on Create with Connie and Mary's blog and absolutely fell in love with it.  The tone on tone, my favourite technique emboss resist, the wood grain embossing folder, the Labels Framelits so I CASED it and I mean CASED it!  I think I changed the sentiment but that was pretty much it.
The Stampers Technique Club ladies also loved it so thanks to Connie and Mary!!

At the Stampers Clubs I like to provide 2 - 3 projects including an interesting fold, a fab technique and some sort of 3D project and this is what I chose for the month of September.  I chose this because at our Demonstrator Meeting (one of the best reasons to be a demonstrator - I get to attend meetings and stamp - thanks to my upline Sherida) Amanda demonstrated it for us.  Everyone at club loved it too and so simple to make.  It fits a gift card, cash or chocolate etc - perfect for Thanksgiving, Christmas or a birthday.  I used the Bigz Die Autumn Accents and cut out the leaves and then embossed them with a variety of folders.  I used the Core'dinations cardstock which you can see lends itself to distressing so nicely and then the oak leaf done in Champagne Glitter Paper - wow!!  All of this is in the Holiday Catalogue.

Happy stamping!

Customer Appreciation Evening

I am so thankful to all of my customers and I had a really great time at my Customer Appreciation evening chatting with all of you!  Thanks to all who came.  One of the items we made was this cute and simple card on Very Vanilla.  The middle tree is cut out using the new framelits and heat embossed with Iridescent Ice which I hadn't used in quite a while and love!! If you like to make Christmas Cards More Merry Messages is the stamp set for you.
